Incidentally, Jay, we tried the BBQ Chicken Speidie sauce and it was outstanding. Terri used it much like other BBQ sauces and baked the chicken in it. Next time we will use the original recipe and marinate overnight like you suggested which I understand the 'right way' to use spiedie sauce.
OK, enough intrigue, the mystery man who broke into our rental car for us was... John Cheremsack. I am sure that if a St. John alum showed up in the weblog, he or she would have guessed it correctly. But the prize money will have to go unclaimed and returned to the kitty for our next trivia contest.
