Well, I had my first choir rehearsal of the year last night. I piano, 3guitars, 1 clarinet, about 10 separate voices on top of that. Must be doing SOMETHING right! The neat thing about it is 5 of these people are in high school! I'm talking Freshmen and Sophomore. It's a great feeling. Within The Reign of God by Marty Haugen is going to sound Great! I'll be going to our cathedral on Sunday after Mass to support my friend Larry, who's being commissioned in Formation For Ministry in the Catechetical area. He intends to press onward to the Deaconate program. We also have our Parish Mission sarting at these Masses. It's kind of cool this year, because it's being run by the parishioners, as opposed to bringing in a clinician or guest speaker. I hope that all goes well. If I still have any energy left after this weekend, I'll report next week... Peace!
