Hello all - I just got back from China -- was in Beijing on Thursday when they had their first snow of the year -- 6 inches -- made for a cold Saturday of sightseeing (Great Wall, Forbidden City and Tianamen Square -- all fascinating). Was also in western China in town called Chengdu (it has 9 million people!) on business all week. Had stuff to eat that I guarantee cannot be found in the Valley - including cow stomach, duck tongue, fried frogs and duck intestines! Glad to be back in the USA
